Am I a client?

You are a client if we wrote to you or a judicial officer called to your door. More often than not this will be because you have an outstanding debt with our principal that needs to be settled.

We regard every client as an equal, active and responsible party. We offer you information, advice, help and support.

Read more about our way of working here.

To make a secure online payment, log in with your personal code here. To ensure your online security, we work with POM. Click here for further details: https://www.pom.be/en/home
You can pay by bank transfer into our BELFIUS account: Always quote the payment reference listed on our document. This way you can be sure that your payment is processed correctly.

Mind:
Did you receive a yellow letter (poster) or document? Was your payment late? Then pay via your online file or contact us immediately to allow us to avoid unnecessary costs and/or measures! You can pay electronically or in cash at our office.

Are you unable to pay the amount owed in one go? Contact us via your online file or another channel for a payment plan. Mind: you are not automatically entitled to a payment plan but we will discuss your proposal with our principal in a constructive manner.

In some cases, additional conditions may be set such as an overview of your income or an interim review. Any payment plan you may be granted will lapse if you fail to abide by the arrangements you signed up to.

Are you able to settle the amount you owe in one go but not by the deadline set? Or do unforeseen circumstances temporarily prevent you from adhering to your payment plan? Contact us via your online file or another channel for a one-off deferment.

Mind: you are not automatically entitled to a deferment and in some cases you may not even qualify for one. Clearly explain to us why you are looking for an extension so that we can discuss your situation with our principal.
It is always possible that an extension of payment may come with additional conditions attached such as the signing of a voluntary surrender. This will give our principal the relevant guarantees to accede to
your request. If you were granted a deferment and you fail to abide by the arrangements made we are obliged to proceed with the procedure. Contact us for further advice and avoid unnecessary costs and more drastic measures.
